PLEASE NOTE: All equipment must be in full working order prior to the artist's arrival. Firmware must be updated to the latest stable version. The artist plays primarily from USB drives — no laptop required. Do not connect unknown devices to the setup without explicit permission. If the venue cannot meet the primary setup, contact the artist via Instagram @djmajestic at least 72 hours in advance.

All EQ knobs at 12 o'clock (center) before handover
Master and booth faders at 0 dB / unity gain
All effects off — no reverb, echo or filter pre-set
Gain/trim for artist channels set to unity
Recording / stream output: APPROVED
Sharing of recordings is permitted and encouraged

Latest firmware on all players and mixer before event
Pro DJ Link active and all units linked before handover
Jog wheels set to VINYL MODE on all decks
No track pre-loaded — artist loads own media

Important Notes

⛔ Not Negotiable

The artist will not perform if the minimum equipment (Setup A or Setup B) cannot be provided and no prior alternative has been agreed in writing. Please contact the artist via Instagram @djmajestic at least 72 hours before the event if there are any concerns.

⚠ Changeover

The artist requires a minimum 15 minutes changeover time before set start. During this window USB drives are loaded and Pro DJ Link is verified. Please build this into the running order and inform the previous act.

✓ Recording & Streaming

Recording and live streaming of the artist's set is fully approved. Sharing of recordings via social media, YouTube or archive platforms is permitted and encouraged. Please tag the artist: @djmajestic.

Parking

A free parking space at or near the venue is requested for every performance. When travelling from abroad or a significant distance, please arrange and confirm the parking location in advance. Costs for paid parking are to be reimbursed by the organiser.

Food & Meals

When the artist travels from abroad or the event requires travel of more than 100 km, a hot meal or meal voucher is requested — to be provided before the set. Dietary requirements: none. Please confirm arrangements in advance.

At the Booth

Non-carbonated water at the DJ booth throughout the performance — minimum 1 litre. No ice. Additional drinks as available at the venue are appreciated but not required.
